The Auto-Space Experience – Gearing Up!

1st Gear – Find a Vehicle

Utilize our search tool to “Find a Vehicle” that will best suit your needs. From luxury to sport, we will help to find the car you want. Our staff of experienced relationship managers will be available to help you upon request. We will only contact you if you ask us to be involved in your buying experience.

2nd Gear – Register

To take full advantage of the Auto-Space Experience, you will need to open an account. “Register” by filling out a few identifying questions. At Auto-Space.com, your personal profile will allow you to manage your purchasing process online. The vehicle(s) showing in your profile will reflect the current market price. Each time you log in, feel free to add or remove selected vehicles based on your buying preferences.

3rd Gear – Sign Initial Disclosures

After you have registered and selected your vehicle, it is now time to “Sign Initial Disclosures”. These disclosures are kept in a secure environment with our business partner, Alphatrust.com. Our state of the art electronic signature process allows you to review and sign off on each of the documents you will need completed. No more sitting in uncomfortable chairs in a room without windows at the back of the car dealership, now you will relax in an environment you choose. Our Relationship Managers will contact you to confirm your information and help answer any of your questions.

4th Gear – Secure Deposit

After entering into an agreement with us to find your next vehicle, we will need to accept an initial “Secure Deposit”. If you are paying cash or securing financing for the vehicle, we require 20% or $2,500 (whichever is more). These funds will be kept in a Trust Account with Bank of America in Bellevue, WA (Factoria branch). When we have found the vehicle you have requested, you will have 24 hours to wire the remaining funds from the financing bank or an account of your choice.

5th Gear – Purchase Vehicle

At the time of the funds transfer to our Trust Account, we will finalize your car purchase with one of our national car purchasing partners. We will leave no stone unturned in looking for the vehicle you have ordered. Throughout this process you will receive daily updates through email and inside your profile on Auto-Space.com. When we find vehicles that fit your requirements, we will send you a Detailed Report on each vehicle including pictures. In addition, you will be able to review a condition report. From that list you will need to select up to three vehicles you would want to purchase in order of preference. We will obtain the car you want at the price you expect.

6th Gear – Delivery

After your car is purchased and loaded onto our premier partner’s transport, your vehicle will be delivered within 5 days (extra time could apply depending on location of purchase). Our licensed notary and trust service will meet you with the transport at the location of your choice to deliver your car. At this point all of the final purchase documents pertaining to state law will be signed and finalized per your agreement with Auto-Space.com.

This is the Auto-Space Experience. We are the beginning of an on-line revolution to redefine the used vehicle purchase process. No more back room signings and uncertainty of what you are getting. We stand behind your request and will do everything in our power to meet and exceed your expectations. If within thirty (30) days of receipt of your deposit or payment, we do not acquire a vehicle that meets the needs you requested in accordance with our agreement, we will refund the deposit or payment to you.
